For three days only, a disused tunnel next to Waterloo station formed a canvas for hundreds of stencil works created especially for the Cans Festival. Banksy joined 30 graffiti artists to create an exhibition of urban art. For me, it was the perfect opportunity to put my new Canon IXUS to good use. For aspiring Banksy artists, they were invited to bring a stencil and contribute to the display, making this a truly open and community based art fest.
